Overview:
Need to cancel a service or upgrade to a better plan? You can do this anytime from your account.
To Cancel a Service:

Log in to your Client Area.

Go to Services > My Services.

Click the Active button next to the service you want to cancel.

Click Request Cancellation.

Choose if you want to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period.

Submit your request.
To Upgrade a Service:

Go to Services > My Services.

Click the service you want to upgrade.

Look for the Upgrade/Downgrade button.

Choose your new plan and follow the steps to pay the difference.
