If you’re not receiving or sending emails, try these simple steps:
1. Check Your Email Quota
Log in to cPanel and go to Email Accounts. If your inbox is full, delete old emails or increase the quota.
2. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Sometimes legitimate emails land in spam. Be sure to mark them as "Not Spam" if found.
3. Review Email Settings
If you're using an email app (like Outlook or Apple Mail), double-check your settings:
-
Incoming server:
mail.yourdomain.com
(IMAP or POP3) -
Outgoing server (SMTP):
mail.yourdomain.com
-
SSL: Enabled
-
Port: IMAP (993), SMTP (465 or 587)
4. Test Webmail
Visit yourdomain.com/webmail
and log in directly. If it works here, the problem is likely in your app settings.
5. Check for IP Blocks or Blacklists
Ask the person you're emailing to check if your domain is being blocked or flagged.
